Ingredients

    4-6 red potatoes sliced unpeeled
    1 pound of lean ground beef
    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 cup of cheeder cheese

Directions

Layer all the ingredents in a round casserole dish.

Bake in oven @ 350 degrees
