This is a big hit at a church or family gathering! This is a big hit at a church or family gathering!
Number of Servings: 18


    8 cups finely chopped broccoli (about 2-3 large crowns)....some stem okay, but discard most
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
    8 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
    1/2 cup raisins
    8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled or use 1/2 cup from a bag of bacon crumbles
    Dressing: 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 T white vinegar (program only listed cider)


Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Salad gets a little juicier as it sits. Best the next day.

Yields about 9 cups or 18 half cup servings.
