    1 small container fat free cottage cheese
    1 small tub of sugar free or fat free cool whip
    1 small package sugar free orange jello powder
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1 can mandrin oranges


drain cottage cheese and fruit
combine cottage cheese, cool whip, fruit and orange jello powder.
Place in fridge to set up.

This recipe not only satisfies a sweet tooth, but you get a serving of cottage cheese and fruit!

You can alter the recipe to use any fruits or flavor of jello. Strawberries and strawberry jello are a good combo too!

  • This is really good! There was so much that I think I'll make it for gatherings. I don't think this would freeze well, but if it does it would be a great replacement for ice cream. I'll have to try the lime flavor too. That really sounds good. - 11/11/07

  • I have made this in the past for parties only made it with green"Xmas jello and added the pineapple. Was a great hit. Great for hot nights too. Loved it instead of my passion- Ice Cream. Hits the spot just as well. Want to try maybe jello pudding(chocolate with same ingrediants. A mousse wanna be. - 7/4/07

  • I make this all the time. Whenever there is a family gathering they want me to bring the "orange stuff". I also add chopped pecans. - 7/3/07
