    16 oz of 93% lean ground beef
    1- 40 oz can of brooks chili beans
    2 -15 oz can of hunt's tomato sauce (approx 2 cups)
    2 - 14.5 oz can hunt's petite diced tomatoes (approx 2 cups)
    4 tbsp chili powder
    4 tbsp ground cumin seed
    1 cup chopped raw onion (approx 1 small onion)
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    2 tsp red pepper
    cooking spray
    6 oz michelob ultra


heat oil over medium heat, add onions, cook until tender, add ground beef. brown beef, about 2 mins before ready add garlic. Drain meat, return to pot. Add beans, tomatoes, sauce, all spices, and beer--mix well. Bring to boil, lower heat to simmer, and simmer for two hours, stirring occasionally.
