    6 ounces chopped leftover pork roast
    1 medium potato, cubed
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    1/4 cup skim milk


Cook the potatoes until almost done, combine with remaining ingredients. Microwave on hign until hot.
Serves two
I only eat half a serving.
