1.5 cups mixed berries
0.5 cups pineapple chunks
1 apple
1 banana
Directions
-lightly puree the berries so that it still has a few chunky bits, but is mainly liquid.
-peel and core the apple; puree the apple and banana together.
- combine berries, pineapple, and banana/apple mixture together in a small saucepan.
- On medium heat, bring mixture to a boil;
- reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 1-2 hours until liquid thickens a bit
