Introduction

Ingredients

    (1) pkg Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
    (2) 24 oz. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    (2) 8 oz. pkg Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 cup minced garlic
    1 tbs parsley
    spinach
    (3) whole tomatoes - sliced

Directions

1. Cook the package of lasagna noodles until desired tenderness.
2. While the pasta is cooking combine cottage cheese, garlic, parsley, 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
3. Place cooked noodles into pan.
4. Take cottage cheese mixture and spread over noodle base.
5. Add spinach and tomato slices and a sprinkle of Mozzarella cheese.
6. Add noodle layer again and then repeat previous layers.
7. On top layer of noodles add one last tomato layer and Mozzarella cheese.
8. Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated all the way through and cheese is crispy on top.
9. ENJOY!!
