    1 lb. ground turkey or 2 lb. turkey tenderloin
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 garlic cloves
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 - 15.8 oz. can Northern Beans
    1 - 10 oz. Chicken broth
    1 1/4 cup water
    1 - 4.5 oz. chopped green chilis
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. red pepper


(if using tenderloin - cut into bite-sized pieces) cook turkey in hot oil in lg. dutch oven over medium high heat 6-8 minutes. Add onion and garlic and cook 5-6 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in beans & next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer, stirring occasionally 30-45 minutes or until thick. Remove and discard bay leaf, serve with desired toppings.
