Introduction

This is just me throwing my refrigerator into a pan! This is just me throwing my refrigerator into a pan!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3/4 cup brown rice
    3/4 cup firm tofu
    1/2 tomato, chopped
    3/4 cup chopped green peppers
    a few baby carrots, sliced thinly

Directions

Cook rice separately in a pot. Follow instructions on box.

Combine all other ingredients in frying pan with a little bit of olive oil spray to prevent sticking.

Cook to taste. Add rice to mixture when it's done.


I also added a medley of spices to taste. Enjoy! Have fun!
