    4 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples
    1 c Splenda
    1 cup flour
    3 tbs country crock
    1 c quick cooking oats
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 c Jif crunchy peanut butter, reduced fat


heat overn to 350, grease 9 in sq baking pan. stir together aplpes,3/4 c splenda,1/4 c flour, in lg bowl. spread in prepared pan. dot with 2tb marg. combine oats, remaining flour, sugar, cinnamon in med bowl, set aside. place remaining 1 tb marg and peanut butter in mocrowave safe bowl. heat at hi 30 secs or til marg is melted, stir until smooth. Add to oat mixture, blend until crumbs are formed. Sprinkle crumb mixture over the apples. Bake at 350 40 to 45 mins or until apples are tender and edges are bubbly....8 servings
