    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2.00 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 1-2 lemon yields
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Parsley, 2.00 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.00 cup, chopped or sliced
    Bulgur, dry, 0.25 cup
    Fresh mint, 2-3 sprigs.

    Chop parsley, tomatoes, & green onion and combine in a bowl. Add bulgur and mix. Add oil, lemon juice, mint & salt and mix well. Let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
