    4 silces bread
    2 eggs
    ~1/4 cup milk
    vanilla extract (to taste)
    cinnamon (to taste)


Beat eggs, vanilla, cinnamon & milk in a large bowl.

coat skillet (fry pan) with cooking spray & heat on med-low (setting 3 on mine).

Dip bread slices in mixture, coat evenly.

Cook until both sides are crispy & not soggy.

** *best if topped with smart balance & 2 tbsp of real maple syrup. ***
