    1 pound ground turkey or beef
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 (26 ounce jar)spaghetti sauce
    2 teaspoons Ialian seasoning
    1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    1 (16 oz) box spagghetti noodles
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup paramesean cheese


1.Saute ground meat with onion.When cooked through,mix in spaghetti sauce & seasoning.
2.Combine cream cheese,cottage cheese &
sour cream:Mix well.
3.Cook Spaghetti noodles according to directions.
4.Spray 3-quart dish with cooking spray.Layer
half of the spaghetti noodles on bottom.
5.Spoon cheese mixture on top of noodles.Layer
remaining noodles on top of cheese mixture.
6.Spread meat mixture on top of noodles layer.
7.Mix bread crumbs and Paramesean cheese &
sprinkle on top.
8.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly
& heated through.serves 8.

  • Recipe sounds good but the nutritional data is way off. Calories should be 559.6, Fat 29.2, Carbs 51.3, fiber 7.8 and protein 23.6 if you use whole wheat spaghetti. This is calculated at 8 servings. - 6/1/09

  • Just noticed the calorie count and number of servings for this recipe... That has to be a mistake, obviously.
    Noticed this on several recipes in fact. Just wanted to make everyone aware.
