    Pumpkin, canned Libby brand (1/3 of can)
    Egg whites, 4
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Genisoy Vanilla Protein Shake (3 T)


Mix all ingredients in blender until frothy.

Heat non-stick skillet on med-high.

Add 1/4 c of mixture. spread evenly into @ 3-4" diameter circle.

Once bubbly, flip to cook other side for @ 2 mins.

Makes 6 3-4" diameter pancakes.
