    sautee onions,bell pepper, olives in butter, remove set aside.
    Cut sausage into 1/2 in thich slices and brown in fry pan. remove set aside.
    cut bacon into 1/2 in pieces cook in same pan as sausage. remove set aside.
    Brown diced chicken breast in same pan. remove and set aside.
    In lg stock pan add chicken stock, sausage and bacon. Bring to a boil then turn heat down to medto simmer. Add veggies including tomatoes. Simmer for a few min til comes to a soft boil. Add flour to pan drippings stirring constantly on med til med brown rouge is made. Add to large pan stir til well mixed. bring back to boil. Add water bring back to boil and add rice. stir bring back to boil. Lower heat cover simmer , stir frequently (to keep from sticking) . Takes about 30 min for rice to cook. Add more water if needed. Add raw shrimp cook til nice pink or 15 min. simmer for another 15 min.
