    Radish, Fresh, 1 medium
    Lettuce, red leaf, .5 cup shredded
    Radish leaves, .13 cup
    Red onions, raw, .13 cup, chopped
    Alfalfa sprouts, .25 cup
    Capers, 1 tbsp, drained
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1tsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    salt and pepper to taste


Chop veggies finely and mix in a bowl.
Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add to salad right before serving.
One serving.
