    10 oz. dry Ronzoni Healthy Harvest 7 Grain Blend Pasta (I use Fusilli)
    90 grams Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    1 small can (112 grams) Sliced Black Olives
    100 grams Red Onions, chopped
    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1 Red Pepper, chopped
    1 pt (270 grams) Grape Tomatoes
    105 grams fresh Spinach, torn
    75 grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    8 Tbsp Italian salad dressing (I use Ken's Steakhouse Lite Italian)


Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Comine paste with remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Makes 10 servings, approximately 200 grams each.
