Really filling and so good for you, easy to make too. Really filling and so good for you, easy to make too.
Number of Servings: 6


    1/4 cp Pearled Barley
    1 cp Lentils
    1lb Firm Tofu cut into bite sized pieces
    1/4 cp Carrots
    1/4 cp Broccoli
    1/4 cp Cauliflower
    3 cups Water
    2 tsp Chicken flavored soup base.


Add everything except for the tofu and bring to a boil for 10-15 mins. Lower heat to simmer add tofu and cook until barley is tender.
Serves 6
