    2 cups sugar
    1 cup margarine
    2 eggs
    2 cups mashed banana
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 1/2 cups flour


Combine baking soda and mashed bananas. In a seperate large bowl cream sugar, margarine and eggs together. Add banana mixture, milk and vanilla. Mix remaining dry ingredients together and add to moist mixture. Pour into 9X13 glass dish and bake at 325 F for 40-45 minutes.
