Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground meat ( turkey)
    1 Large onion chopped
    1pkg taco seasoning mix
    1pkg hidden valley ranch dressing mix
    1 can of each with their juices:
    Pinto beans
    Whole corn
    rotel diced tomatoes
    kidney beans
    black bean
    can of broth

    1 Tbsp dried oregano
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1/2 cup cornmeal ( optional to thicken)

Directions

Brown ground meat and onion. Drain. Mix ranch and taco seasoning mix into meat. Add meat and other ingredients to slow cooker except cornmeal. Cook 10-12 hours on low. Add cornmeal last 1/2 hour and turn to high to Thicken. I serve with tortillia chips.
