    Shredded cooked chicken
    Whole wheat tortillas
    Pepper, green and/or red
    Taco seasoning
    FF Cream Cheese
    Shredded Cheese


Cook and shredd chicken. Dice onion and peppers then sautee until translucent. Add chicken to onions and pepper. Add seasoning and water. Mix well. Add 8 oz pkg of ff cream cheese; stir until melted.

Place two torillas in bottom of 9x13" pan. Spread layer of chicken mixture and pour enchilada sauce. Do another layer and finish with two torillas on top. Add more enchillada sauce then spread shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 until bubbly and starts to get brown on top.
