    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 cups milk
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour


mix all ingredients well adding baking powder and blueberries last. Cook on a hot skillet. Serve with butter and syrup.

Makes 15 pancakes when using a large scoop.
