    Alfredo with mushrooms, chicken and fresh broccoli


Chop the chicken into bite size chunks. Saute in olive oil. Finely chop the garlic and add to chicken. Add the mushrooms to the chicken. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli and boil the pasta. Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to chicken. Stir in alfredo sauce and cook until heated through. Salt and pepper to taste.
