Ingredients

    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 7 cup )
    Bush's, Black Beans, 2 cup
    *Bush's Pinto Beans, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Black Olives, 25 jumbo
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .75 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 16 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 tsp

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef . Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent. Add water, tomatoes, beans, chilies,corn, olives, and 1 package taco seasoning. Serve with fat free sour cream and fat free cheddar.

Makes 7-2 cup servings.

Add additional chili powder if you desire a spicier soup!
