Ingredients

    1 lb. raw chicken livers
    1/4 cup Butter/Margarine Blend
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 cups hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

Halve livers. In hot butter, in skillet, over low heat, saute livers with onion for about 5 minutes, turning often. Remove livers to food processor or blender. Into butter, stir flour; then gradually stir in water. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add salt and curry powder and pour on top of livers. Pulse until spreadable consistency. Chill and serve on crackers or raw veggies, or make sammies!
