Ingredients

    3 Sirloin pork chops (bone-in)
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1/2 medium onion (sliced)
    2 tablespoons fat free italian dressing
    2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce
    2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    Italian seasoning (season to taste)
    Mrs. Dash (season to taste)

Directions

Place pork chops in dish and pour Italian dressing over. Place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. Brown the onion slices in canola oil for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown each side then top with onion slices and add seasoning, hot sauce, and worcertershire sauce. Reduce heat to low and cook 20-25 minutes or until done. Makes 3 servings.

    Very Good
    This was pretty spicy for my taste, but my guys really liked it. It's got a good balance between spicy and sweet, with the fried onions. - 4/29/10
