    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    one onion, chopped
    one stalk celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 tsp rosemary
    1 cup dry white wine( or broth
    salt and pepper to taste (or use salt-free seasoning)
    6 ounces cooked (frozen)shrimp


slice chicken and saute in 2 tbsp olive oil
saute onion and chopped celery in same pan for 3 minutes
add remaining ingredients except shrimp
bring to boil and simmer 30-40 minutes
add shrimp during last 10 minutes
