Ingredients

1 lb linguine
1 pack frozen spinach
2 small zucchini, cubed
1 cup sliced onion
3 tsp crushed garlic
1 pinch crushed red chilli pepper flakes
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup 2% milk
10 oz grilled/boiled chicken breast
Directions
Serves 8
Put water and salt to boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Once you drain it spray lightly with a cooking spray and toss.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a heavy bottom pan on medium heat. Add a pinch of crushed red chilli flakes in hot oil and lower the flame. Add onions. saute for 5 mins, then add garlic. Cook on low till the onion turns translucent. Add cubed zucchini and spinach (softened in hot water and drained). Cook for 5mins.
Add the heavy cream and milk and cook until it simmers (covered). Let simmer for 3 mins then add the pasta, chicken and mix well until heated through.
