    3 cups gluten
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    2 tbsp flour
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp oil


Mix all dry ingredients, then all wet ingredients. Knead for a minute or so, separate into two loaves, and wrap in foil. Bake for 90 minutes at 350. Enough to fill about 16 sandwiches.
