    1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 10 oz bag of mixed veggies
    6 medium sweet potoatoes
    3 tbsp unsalted butter


Bake sweet potatoes, allow to cool enough to handle, and remove from skin, whip with 3 tbsp butter, set aside.

Brown turkey in skillet until cooked through. Turn off heat and stir in cream of mushroom soup. Transfer into 9x13 baking dish.

Cook veggies according to package directions, drean all cooking liquid and layer on top of turkey mixture.

Smooth sweet potato over top of veggies.

Place in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
