Introduction

Ingredients

    1.1/4 lbs arctic char
    1/2 c. plain no fat yogurt
    5 tbsp prepared horseradish
    5 tbsp chopped chives

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl mix yogurt, horseradish and chives. Place arctic char skin side down in oven proof baking dish on aluminium foil or parchment paper (makes cleaning up easier). If fish is in one piece score portions a few inches through. Spoon yogurt sauce evenly over fish. Bake uncovered for 50-60 mins or until fish is cooked through and flaky. Serves 4
