    1 - 19 oz can black beans, rinsed & drained - may use other beans
    1 - 14 oz can corn, drained
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 cups of cooked couscous
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp each: garlic powder, salt, & pepper


1. In a medium bowl, combine first 5 salad ingredients and mix.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the other 6 ingredients and mix well.
3. Pous dressing over salad and mix well.

Serves 6
