    1 cup long grain brown rice
    1 - 10 oz can vegetable broth
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup water


1. Spray a medium sauce pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium.
2. Add rice, stir for about 8 minutes until starting to broen.
3. Add broth, salsa, & water, stir, bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer covered for about 15 - 20 minutes without stirring, until liqueid is absorbed and rice is tender.
5. Fluff with a fork before serving.
