    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped potatoes
    1 can of sweet corn cream style
    ¼ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp pepper
    1 tsp oil


1. Sauté onions, carrots and potatoes in some oil till they are soft.
2. Add sweet corn and some water (to adjust consistency).
3. Add salt, pepper to taste and boil.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
