    1 cup frozen spinach, drained and thawed
    1 cup cooked sliced artichoke hearts
    1/4 cup chopped white onions
    1 tsp Fat Free Italian Dressing
    2 tbsp red pepper, minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    freshly ground pepper, to taste
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    2 tbsp dried onions
    1 tsp garlic powder
    3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese


In large mixing bowl combine spinach, artichokes, onion, red pepper and salad dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fold in sour cream and blend well. Add dried onion, garlic powder and parmesan cheese.

Chill for at least one hour.

Great to serve with veggies, crackers or toasted pita triangles!
