Ingredients

    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    2 teaspoons ketchup
    2 pork chops

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup. Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with the sauce.
Bake pork chops 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Serves 2.

    Very Good
    Tasty! Next time though, I'll let it marinate in the sauce for a little while prior to cooking, rather than just putting it on right before putting it in the oven. - 9/5/11
