The Best substitute for fried chicken fingers! The Best substitute for fried chicken fingers!
Number of Servings: 1


    1- 4oz Chicken Breast (Cut into strips)
    1/3 Cup of I"dahoan Loaded Baked Potatoes" mix.
    1/4 Cup of Egg Beaters egg substitute.
    1 tsp of Garlic Powder
    1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
    Add any additional seasonings you like


Mix Potato mix, Garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and seasonings together.
Dip chicken strips in egg beaters.
Cover each with potato mixture
Spray each side with 0 Calorie Butter spray.
Bake in oven approx. 25 minutes. Turn when halfway done.

1 Serving for 224 calories.
(usually 4-5 Chicken Fingers)

Note: I usually make 2 servings, it is great to carry to lunch the next day!
