    Chicken Breast, no bone or skin, 3/4 pound
    White rice (medium grain), 2 cups
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Water, half a can (use soup can)


Using Pam cooking spray, lightly dust cooking pan. Add chicken. Cook until the chicken sides are white, perhaps even slightly brown. Add can of soup and water. Heat to boiling, then lower heat to medium and let cook for 10 minutes.

Cook rice according to package.

Once chicken and sauce are cooked, pour over rice and enjoy. A kid-friendly favorite!

Makes four two cup servings.
