Number of Servings: 20


    2 cups of warm water
    1/3 cups of sugar
    1.5 tablespoons of dry active yeast

    0.5 teaspoons salt
    1/4 cup of vegetable oil

    5-6 cups of flour


Dissolve sugar into warm water and stir in yeast. Leave to rise and proof, about 10 minutes.

Add oil and salt, mix well.

Add as much flour as you need to make the dough firm and not sticky.

Cover and let rise until atleast double in size. About an hour.

Kneed down and break apart into two balls. Grease bread pans and shape dough into the pans.

Cover with tea towel and let rise til the dough is over the pan, about half an hour.

Bake at 350 til golden brown on top. 20-25 minutes.

Calculated serving size for two loaves, ten slices a loaf.
