    440 g chicken breast, no skin, cubed
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    200g green beans, chopped
    250ml whipping cream
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup water
    corn starch, optional


Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauteed onions until tender and add chicken. Cook for 5 mins and then cream, water and green beans. Cook further until chicken and beans are just tender. If sauce is watery, add in some corn starch to make it a little bit thick.
Serve with whole wheat pasta and add some shredded cheddar cheese for taste.
