Ingredients

    5 c. hash browns
    1.5 C. shredded cheese
    1 lb. lean italian turkey sausage
    3 large eggs
    3/4 C of egg substitute
    2 C. 1% milk

Directions

put hash browns on bottom of greased pan
put turkey on top of hashbrowns
Cheese goes on next
Mix eggs and milk together and pour over sausage and hashbrowns. Season to taste.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
