    4 oz ofGround turkey, one third of a cup of shredded mexican blend cheese, 1/4 of a cup of enchilada sauce, and a low card tortilla


In a large skillet cook ground turkey ( optional to add diced onions) sprinkle with garlic powder and salt/pepper to taste.preheat oven to 400 or start broiler. In baking dish fill low carb tortilla with 4 oz of turkey half of total shredded cheese and roll. Top with sauce and remaining cheese. Broil or heat in oven until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly ( about 7-10 minutes) Enjoy!
