    0.5c lentils
    4 medium potatoes
    1 onion
    1ts garlic
    1tb olive oil
    1c mushrooms
    440g canned tomatoes
    15g tomato paste
    1tb soy sauce.


Cook and rinse lentils. Mash potatoes. Cook the other veges in oil till soft, add other ingredients, mix. Fold in lentils. Pour into a casserole dish and top with potatoes, or for variation, scone mixture. The calorie count is for the potato topping.
