    1 large tomato
    3 jalapeno peppers
    1/4 cup of chopped or sliced onions
    1 clove of garlic
    1 cup of water


Cut tomato in to quarters. Cut peppers in half and take out the ribs and seeds. Peel garlic. Put all ingredients in to a food processor and pulse or process until desired consistency. Let sit so the foam will go away.

Will make approx. 16 oz. - 2 tbsp per serving or 1 oz.
