    1 large Cucumber
    1/2 lemon
    Cayenne pepper


Using a juicer, juice a cold refrigerated cucumber. Cut 1 large lemon in half. Slice 1 thin slice from half. Squeeze the juice from the remaining half into the Cucumber juice. Sprinkle a little Cayenne pepper on top to taste. Enjoy!

    Delish! And it's also great blended with a little crushed ice, dash of stevia, and fresh mint! - 3/25/09

    Thanks for the comment. I do put in ice, but try to stay away from artificial sweetners. Have never tried stevia, does it leave an aftertaste?

    This was good.....I was not expecting it to be so tasty. I did not peel the you? I meant I peeled the cucumer....should it be left unpeeled? DUH..where is my head today
    Thanks...have never used cucumber peels because of the wax but will try maybe organic.

    I believe there are many vitamins and minerals in vegetable skins and seeds. I never peel the cucumbers.
