    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tbsp finely chopped onion
    1 tsp ground oregano
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    6 cups chicken broth (or 6 cups water and 6 boullion cubes)
    2 cups wide egg noodles


Place chicken broth in dutch oven, bring to a boil. Add chicken and all spices, boil until chicken is done, about 20 minutes. Remove chicken and reduce heat. Add carrots and celery to stock to cook while cutting chicken into bite sized pieces. Return chicken to stock and add egg noodles. Additional broth or water may be added if needed.
