This is a great Saturday or Sunday Morning Breakfast. Very fast and Easy. This is a great Saturday or Sunday Morning Breakfast. Very fast and Easy.
Number of Servings: 12


    2 cup Flour
    3 tsp. baking Powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    6 T. Shortening
    2/3 Cup Milk

    2 T. Butter (melted)
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    2 tsp. Cinnamon


Mix, flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Cut in Shortening. Stir in Milk. Make a dough ball.

Roll out dough on floured surface.

Spread flat dough with melted butter. Mix topping ingredents in small bowl. Spread evenly over dough.

Roll Dough up tightly. Cut into 1" slices. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees. for 15 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
