Introduction

I was just experimenting. Two pancakes did the trick. I was just experimenting. Two pancakes did the trick.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 C Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking soda
    1 tsp Baking powder
    1 egg white (I used 3 tbsp of All White egg white liquid whick equal 1 egg white)
    1 C fat free milk
    1/2 large fresh banana (slightly ripened)
    1 C of Frozen Blueberries

    Stevia and Dash of vanilla optional (I added for taste)

Directions

Makes 10 pancakes if you use the 1/4 C measuring cup to pour the mixture into the pan or on the griddle. They are small but just the right size.
