    1 tsp mayonnaise
    1 tsp sour cream
    .5 oz orange juice
    4 oz diced peaches
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    Jenny Craig Chicken Sandwich
    1 cup shredded romaine lettuce


1. tpast roll from sandwich
2. dice chicken and set asice
3. in a bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, juice, peaches and curry powder. Add chicken, romaine lettuce. Combine well.
4. place bottom of roll on plate. Place salad mixture on top and top with top of roll.
