    1 package of bittersweet or milk chocolate
    6 eggs, separated
    2 tbsp of unsalted butter

    Separate the eggs whites and beat until stiff with a pinch of sugar.
    Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the butter (take it out every once in a while to make sure it doesn’t burn)
    Quickly add the yolks one by one until completely mixed in, and you end up with a smooth and glossy chocolate mixture. At this point, you can add the liqueur or vanilla, if you wish.
    Carefully fold in the egg whites until well incorporated, and no white lumps remain.
    Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours
